We're looking for a skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our efforts in the MENA region's IT services sector. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth through new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. If you're passionate about IT services and have a proven track record of success in the MENA markets, this could be your dream jobYour Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your extensive network to identify new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Become a subject matter expert in software development, digital transformation, cloud services, and managed IT solutions.
- Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support for clients.
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in Business English and Arabic is required.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT services industry.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing significant deals in MENA.
- Familiarity with various IT services, including software development and digital transformation.
- A strong network of contacts within key industries in MENA.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
