We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins, and providing personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment information.
- Assign rooms, activate/issue room keys, and set up accurate guest accounts.
- Secure payments, verify billing, and balance daily reports.
- Compile and review logs, contingency lists, and cashier reports.
- Supply guests with directions, property information, and accommodate requests as needed.
- Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
