We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins, and providing personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment information.
  • Assign rooms, activate/issue room keys, and set up accurate guest accounts.
  • Secure payments, verify billing, and balance daily reports.
  • Compile and review logs, contingency lists, and cashier reports.
  • Supply guests with directions, property information, and accommodate requests as needed.
  • Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
