  • Process deposit information and handle special billing instructions, maintaining high confidentiality regarding guest privacy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control for rooms to contribute to maximum occupancy, leveraging yield management techniques to achieve optimal results.
  • Employ up-selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue, promoting hotel restaurants and services to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all special requests appropriately and pre-block VIP accommodations, employing effective multitasking abilities and time management skills.
  • Keep supervisors informed of new group bookings, contributing to the success of our hotel through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize guest history files to provide personalized service, demonstrating a strong focus on guest needs and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Qualifications
  • Saudi National (This position is open to Saudi citizens only), with little to no work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic English language skills, with a strong passion for the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work a flexible schedule based on departmental needs.
  • Strong focus on guest needs, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems (training will be provided) and basic computer skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
