Executive Administration Specialist

Job Description:
The Executive Administration Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all government-related subjects, including employee self-services, official letter preparation, visa processing, car and medical insurance handling, and hotel reservation processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration in all government platforms, including Ministry of Labor, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Social Insurance, and E-services for the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Working as an account manager in Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Social Insurance, and E-services for the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Assisting the administration department with medical insurances for Unified Building For Construction Employees.
- Communicating and working with other departments on establishment-related matters.
- Maintaining Saudization targets as planned and reporting percentages monthly.
- Executing tasks related to Human Resource requested by management.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience with a focus on government websites and operations.
- Knowledge of Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, and related government programs.
- Understanding of employees' medical insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
