Requirements

  • Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or NORA Framework. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals and objectives. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of architects.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in Digital Transformation: Experience in the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies, driving organizational change through technology enablement.
  • Certification in Enterprise Architecture: Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks or methodologies, such as TOGAF or NORA, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  • Global Experience: Experience in a global organization or working with diverse teams, enabling you to effectively navigate and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
