We are seeking a talented and skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing proactive, solutions-focused legally sound advice and support in a timely fashion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Legal Advice and Support: Provide timely and effective legal advice and support to the company on various matters, including but not limited to commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contract Review and Drafting: Take the lead role in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and amending commercial contracts to ensure they align with the company's interests.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Advise the company on its rights and responsibilities under applicable laws of Kuwait, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve disputes through active involvement and provision of dispute resolution advice counsel.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Law Degree: A law degree from a reputable university is required.
  • Legal Practice: 5+ years of legal practice experience is necessary, with a preference for law firm experience and large corporate practice.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous, particularly with detailed knowledge and understanding of Kuwait laws, including the Company Law.
Language Skills:
  • English and Arabic: Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages is required.
