Job Description

As Senior People Services Officer, you will be at the heart of our People and Culture function, ensuring seamless experiences and shaping a positive workplace.

You will manage HR operations, handle key transactions, maintain employee records, and provide high-quality support to keep our workforce engaged.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  2. Streamline processes in Qiwa and GOSI for efficient operations.
  3. Advise on HR best practices to enhance the employee journey.
  4. Maintain employee records and provide support as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience within an HR function.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, ideally Oracle.
  • Knowledge of e-government platforms like Qiwa and GOSI, as well as Saudi Labor Law.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
