Data Center Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth for our data center services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a Data Center Sales Manager, you will work closely with our existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and provide them with the best solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients through strategic networking and marketing efforts.
  2. Assess client data center systems needs and make recommendations for supply and installation packages.
  3. Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination packages to clients.
  4. Ensure the success of the sales department by meeting revenue targets and budgets.
  5. Produce monthly forecasting reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and implement sales strategies for the data center industry.
  7. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  9. Identify new business opportunities and provide technical support to clients.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  11. Acquire new clients and lead conversion from various marketing channels.
  12. Develop a short- and long-term sales plan to achieve business objectives.
  13. Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team and organizational objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in data center systems sales.
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to lead a team and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
  5. Experience setting sales goals and targets.
  6. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  7. Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
