  • Succession Planning: Define, implement, and follow up Arab Center for Engineering Studies succession planning and career development programs to ensure they meet employee requirements and expectations.
  • Talent Management: Define, implement, and follow up Arab Center for Engineering Studies talent management system and career development programs to ensure they meet employee requirements and expectations.
  • Recruitment and Deployment: Manage and operate the recruitment, screening, and deployment activities for critical and senior positions across Arab Center for Engineering Studies branches.
  • Employee Engagement Strategy: Plan, communicate, and implement employee engagement strategy to ensure it's aligned with Arab Center for Engineering Studies objectives.
  • Learning and Development: Define and implement the learning and development strategy to ensure it's aligned with Arab Center for Engineering Studies objectives/needs.
  • Staff Career Progression: Implement staff career progression and cover staff training gaps through analyzing their development needs.
  • Performance Appraisal: Supervise employee performance appraisal and ensure managers and supervisors receive proper and adequate training on the process.
  • Performance Management: Ensure appropriate linkages are established and maintained between the Performance Management Process and other key HR management processes such as Career Development, Succession Planning, and training needs analysis.
  • HR Planning: Conduct human resources planning and ensure plan is according to budget and Arab Center for Engineering Studies strategic directions.
  • Organizational Culture: Implement the organization culture objective and ensure it's aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Reporting and Benchmarking: Benchmark corporate reporting and set recommendations and follow up.
  • HR System Management: Manage Mena Itech applications and maintain accurate and updated data in the system.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements and local market.
  • Internal Communication: Propose and execute internal communication programs to ensure ACES employee queries regarding personnel policies, procedures, and services are dealt with the necessary privacy and respect for employee's rights.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • HR Professional Certificate: HR Professional Certificate is preferable.
