About the Job

The Regional Market Development Lead will be responsible for leading market development initiatives in the Middle East, ensuring the smooth access of Servier's brands for all funding segments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market development strategy for the Middle East, focusing on key initiatives and priorities in line with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans to manage brand life-cycle starting from pre-registration phase in market preparation and building access and pricing strategies till after registration.
  • Implement innovative access schemes and patient access programs locally through robust business cases validation internally and externally.

Requirements

  • KSA market experience is a must.
  • At least 2 years of field access experience in Oncology/Hematology is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in market access, regulatory affairs, health economics, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
