Job Overview

Six Flags مدينة القدية is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy & Alignment
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
    • Ensure HR initiatives are coherent with business objectives to achieve synergy and drive growth.
  • Employee Relations
    • Address employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Provide guidance on effective communication and conflict resolution to support a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management
    • Support performance evaluation processes and employee feedback mechanisms to promote growth and development.
    • Assist in addressing performance issues and creating development plans to improve employee performance.
  • Workforce Planning
    • Assist in workforce and succession planning to maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure business continuity.
  • HR Data & Reporting
    • Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve HR practices.
    • Prepare reports to provide insights into workforce dynamics and trends, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Legal Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and mitigate legal risks through proactive compliance measures.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices to stay ahead of regulatory changes.
  • Policy Development
    • Research and contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies to enhance employee experience and engagement.
    • Enhance HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Organize events and surveys to foster employee morale and satisfaction, promoting a positive work culture.

    RequirementsEducation
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Experience
    • 2-6 years of experience in HR or a related role, with a proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
    Skills
    • Proficient knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Saudi labor law.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies, with a passion for promoting a positive work culture.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other analytical tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive HR excellence.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
