Your Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Ecosystem Builder - Startup Program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and engage startups for our Investor and Startup Program across Portfolio 1 (Technology).

You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote program events and successes. Your responsibilities will include managing startup pitch competitions, facilitating matchmaking meetings and mentorship sessions, and building relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage startups for the Investor and Startup Program across Portfolio 1 (Technology).
  • Manage startup pitch competitions, ensuring a fair process and encouraging innovative reformatting as needed.
  • Facilitate matchmaking meetings, mentorship sessions, and develop networking opportunities to enhance relationship building among the startup ecosystem at Tahaluf events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and industry experts.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote program events and successes.
