We are looking for a skilled Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team in Riyadh and Jeddah.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for selling and promoting residential and commercial properties within our portfolio, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote properties from our portfolio, including residential and commercial spaces.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Provide property tours, conduct negotiations, and assist with paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market, including trends, prices, and competitors, to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and strive to improve results consistently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients even after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Sales Representative (minimum 2 years preferred).
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Riyadh and Jeddah real estate markets (preferred).
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
