Würth Saudi Arabia is hiring outdoor sales consultants and sales leaders to grow and expand our business in different market sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah & Dammam.

Würth Saudi Arabia is Part of the Würth Group a German multinational company specialized in the supply of high-quality assembly technology products in the field of Car maintenance & Repair, Construction materials and Metal fabrication, the product range consists of more than tens of thousands different items such as, Garage Equipment, Hand and Power tools, Material processing, Fasteners, Construction Sealants, Car Care products, Engine Oils, Adhesives and Personal Protective Equipment.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team, specializing in the Construction, Automotive, and Metal industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base across the construction, automotive, and metal industries.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Promote and sell products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in any of the three sectors.
  • Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations to customers, ensuring optimal solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.
  • Closing sales orders and following up on collection.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the construction, automotive, or metal industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific materials, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Good in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage)
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • KSA Driving license is a MUST for the outdoor sales consultant job.
