Our Expectations
  • Oversee the execution of end-to-end work at multiple sites with proper delegation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders within defined deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Execution: Supervise and execute projects from start to finish.
  2. Survey and Setting Out: Conduct thorough site surveys and ensure accurate setting out/markings for interior finishes.
  3. BOQ Preparation: Develop detailed bills of quantities with quantity take-offs (preferably with specifications).
  4. Scheduling and Work Programming: Prepare or review work programs/schedules using MS Projects.
  5. Site Reporting: Compile and review daily/regular site reports with necessary progress pictures and submit to the Project Manager.
  6. Workforce Management: Manage and delegate workers/charge hands based on work requirements.
  7. Trade Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination and follow-up with various trades on-site, including MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant, etc.
  8. Safety Compliance: Monitor and adhere to safety/first aid aspects on-site periodically.
  9. Discrepancy Identification: Identify and report any discrepancies on-site vs drawings, emergencies, accidents, etc., to the Project Manager.
  10. Factory Support: Liaise/follow up with the factory team for manufacturing/delivery of required joinery items per project requirement.
  11. Client Communication: Participate in site meetings with clients along with the Project Manager to record discussions and prepare/action points discussed.
  12. Time Sheet Administration: Maintain accurate time sheets of workers on a daily basis.
  13. Flexibility: Be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and night shifts as required.
  14. Quantity Verification: Verify as-built quantities by subcontractors and submit reports at project completion for final account purposes.
  15. O&M Manual Development: Create operation and maintenance manuals.
  16. Team Support: Provide guidance and support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the fit-out industry, preferably working with professional fit-out contracting companies as part of their in-house workforce.
  • Ability to engage, coordinate with, and lead supervisors if required.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery across various sectors, such as Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a multinational environment.
  • Strong technical and execution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with all trades involved in the fit-out process, including MEP.
