Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor all types of electrical and telecommunication works activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure quality-related activities are coordinated with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure that electrical and telecommunication works meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Review and approve inspection and test plans, checklists, and method statements to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to review and approve electrical and telecommunication drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all requests for inspection (RFI) from contractors are processed and approved in a timely manner.
  • Verify that materials are properly identified and traceable throughout the project.
  • Ensure that conduit routing and indoor cable routing are done correctly and as per project drawings.
  • Review and close non-conformance reports (NCR) raised by contractors in a timely manner.
  • Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards, including SAES-T, ITP UL, NEC, NFPA, TIA/EIA, IEC, and IEEE.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
