Job Description: Quality Assurance SpecialistAre you meticulous and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with a relentless pursuit of perfection.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate Sales officers' performance during customer interactions.
- Monitor inbound and outbound calls to assess sales officers' behavior, technical accuracy, and customer service performance.
- Participate in designing call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Conduct call and chat monitoring, providing insights to the site management team.
- Use quality monitoring data management tools to track performance at team and individual levels.
- Facilitate call calibration sessions for call center staff.
- Other duties as required.
- At least 2 years of QA experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional listening and analytical abilities.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word intermediate, Excel basic).
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive industry experience is beneficial.
