Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Senior Specialist to join our Riyadh office. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing HR operations activities in Saudi Arabia, providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations
    • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Partner with the business to provide HR expertise and insights in areas of focus.
    • Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance on probation terminations and employee performance dismissals, managing the exit process and legal implications.
    • Advise on local legal updates to the HR Operations Manager.
    • Support Employee Relation cases and escalate where required to HR Operations Manager.
  • Compliance and Administration
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi labor laws and regulations.
    • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
    • Support with GOSI and Qiwa.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
    • Assist Finance team to prepare the monthly payroll.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level.
  • Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
  • Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
