Senior HR Advisor - Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to support business growth in the fast food / QSR industry.

The key areas of focus for this role include:

  • Providing strategic HR advice to senior management
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the management team during the expansion process and organizational change
  • Performance management and talent development
  • Pay and compensation strategy ensuring salaries are competitive with market rates
  • Recruitment and selection process optimization
  • Personnel file management and record-keeping
  • Designing and delivering training programs
  • Ad-hoc projects supporting the management team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in HR expertise with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field.
  • A degree-level education is essential, combined ideally with CIPD or SHRM qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, food, or QSR environment is crucial.

Due to the Saudization program, this role is only open to Saudi nationals.
