Your Mission

As a key team member in our Infrastructure Business Area, you will play a vital role in supporting business development and strategic initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to assist the Product Manager of Infrastructure in project coordination, proposal preparation, and operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing and coordinating infrastructure projects both locally and internationally, ensuring timely progress and alignment with objectives.
  2. Contribute to business growth by conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and assisting in proposal preparation.
  3. Coordinate and prepare project bids and RFP responses with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  4. Facilitate effective communication between the Product Manager of Infrastructure, internal teams, clients, and external partners to enhance collaboration.
  5. Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and financial summaries for reviews and meetings.
  6. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  7. Provide operational support, including organizing business visits, meetings, and administrative tasks.
  8. Support additional strategic projects and initiatives aligned with the goals of the Infrastructure department.

We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required. 5+ years of experience in project management, business development, or a similar role within the infrastructure or construction sectors is preferred. Experience working directly with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams is also beneficial.

About You

You possess strong project management skills with excellent coordination abilities. You have outstanding communication and collaboration skills. You are business-savvy with a strategic mindset. You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is a must. Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills are essential. Preference is given to those with experience in the infrastructure or construction industry and familiarity with proposal and bid preparation.
