Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
  • Managing end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to resolving complex issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions are provided to clients.
  • Leading projects related to client success, ensuring business goals are met while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of our services.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the food and beverage or tech industry.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
  • Familiarity with customer management systems (CRM) and tools for tracking account activities and issues.
