Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to resolving complex issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions are provided to clients.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the food and beverage or tech industry.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
- Familiarity with customer management systems (CRM) and tools for tracking account activities and issues.
