As a Sales Manager at Fluid Codes, you'll play a critical role in driving the adoption of Ansys software in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & Kuwait, focusing on Aerospace, Defense, Government, and Manufacturing sectors.
You'll develop and execute sales strategies to grow Ansys software adoption in target industries, identify and engage with key decision-makers, and work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to demonstrate software capabilities and address customer challenges.
About the Role:- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and account management.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, driving customer retention and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Lead and motivate the KSA Territory team as a Team Lead and report activities regularly.
- 7-10 years of sales experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government, Chemicals, Plastics, or Manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in selling engineering simulation software (Ansys, Siemens, Dassault Systems, Altair, COMSOL, etc.).
- Good knowledge of simulation applications in industries such as structural analysis (FEA), aerodynamics (CFD), material processing, and multi-physics modeling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B enterprise sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
