In this Senior Business Development Specialist role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.

Main Objectives:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing relationships;
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional results;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs;
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and targeted marketing campaigns;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients;
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure timely identification and pursuit of new business opportunities;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and drive business growth;
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance.
