We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Professional to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality functional/technical consulting services for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and lead clients through the implementation lifecycle.
  • Manage cloud application services for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects, ensuring successful delivery of business requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects and identify functionality gaps in the system.
  • Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects and implement security measures.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.
  • Lead conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to prepare validation scripts, testing scenarios, and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  • Verify configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

Requirements:

  • HCM Cloud Fusion experience in at least one or more of these modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Global Payroll.
  • Experience with Interface, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Management.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations.
  • Upgrade and implementation experience.
  • Prior experience leading HCM implementations and upgrades.
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit, Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.
