TAT IT Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Lead to oversee the facilities management function of our shopping center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe working environment.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage the facilities management team to ensure seamless delivery of facilities services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate efficient mall operations.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure effective budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the facilities management team to ensure seamless delivery of facilities services.
  • Supervise and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth mall operations.
  • Propose and implement cost-saving measures to optimize expenses.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
