Senior Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting Manager to join our team at Parsons Oman. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and implement reporting strategies to meet client requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to reporting specialists, ensuring the successful completion of work assignments.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for reporting aspects of the program, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting Challenges: Identify and report challenges and issues to the Senior Controls and Reporting Manager, developing appropriate resolutions and mitigations as necessary.
- Team Management: Assign work to employees, oversee, and track the completion of work assignments, ensuring adherence to corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards.
- Education: Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of related experience in reporting of major capital works.
- Skills: Expertise in Power BI and other graphic packages, creativity in creating, maintaining, and validating reports, teamwork and management skills, good written and oral communication skills, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
