Lean Tech is a growth-stage software company focused on revolutionizing the way companies interact with their users' bank accounts. Our products have garnered the trust of leading businesses in the region, enabling them to deliver exceptional experiences when connected with a user's bank account. As an Implementations Manager at Lean, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through the technical implementation of our products, ensuring seamless integration and efficient project delivery.
About the role
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the trusted advisor and lead point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase. You will work closely with the client's team, establishing trust and overseeing high-quality project delivery. When issues arise, you will escalate them to the appropriate parties within Lean or the client's organization. A successful candidate is both consultative and technical, possessing the ability to manage the full onboarding cycle from contract signing through to launch. You will collaborate across various departments, including Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering, to guarantee a smooth transition for our clients.Key Accountabilities
- Utilize your technical expertise to create scalable solutions for client integrations.
- Oversight of high-quality project delivery, ensuring technical integrity of client integrations.
