We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account plans that meet client objectives and company goals, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  2. Foster collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering effective solutions.
  3. Maintain accurate client records and performance metrics, presenting regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, sharing client insights and contributing to product and process improvement.
  6. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, financial systems, and data analysis.
