We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to support our clients and build strong relationships. This role helps clients effectively use our products, increasing revenue and minimizing churn:
- Guide new customers through onboarding and product training
- Inform customers about product benefits and features
- Keep clients engaged and regularly using our products
- Build customer loyalty and reduce churn
- Develop healthy working relationships with customers
- Address and resolve customer issues proactively
- Help customers set up and navigate our platform
- Communicate the value of our products
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Around one year of experience in customer service or support; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- This position is only open to Saudi nationals
