Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our team. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing clear and accurate reports.
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and have 2-5 years of related experience in General Accounting. You should be well-organized, have keen attention to detail, and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare clear and accurate reports
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Reconcile accounts, records, reports, and journals
- Monitor accounts receivables
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and clients
- Assist with external and internal audit requirements
- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality
