At almajal Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth Manager to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of facility management services, and a proven track record in sales.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consultative Sales: Assess client needs and offer customized facility management solutions, including services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, HVAC, landscaping, and more.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of the company's services.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of services post-sale and address any client concerns or issues.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
