We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients and partners.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction sector.
- Strong network and connections within the construction and contracting industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute sales initiatives.
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of construction project lifecycles and industry regulations is a plus.
