Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Diploma or equivalent with a certificate from a recognized agency in project administration.
  • Experience:
  • At least six years of experience in organizing and controlling project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems, and document flow procedures.
  • PMC experience at a similar role for at least several years is preferable.
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
