Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic operations team at Leoburnettmea. As an Executive Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring effective communication with clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of management's time.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, collaborating with the Talent Team on seating arrangements.
  • Coordinate with messengers/Runners to deliver client materials and follow up on talent-related matters.
Travel and Communication:
  • Arrange employee travel, preparing itineraries and ensuring travel documents are in order.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and visitors, handling mail and packages as needed.
