Software Sales Manager

We're seeking an experienced Sales Leader in Tech to join our team at Experts in Tech. Collaborate with various departments to develop and deploy innovative software solutions, all while enjoying a great work-life balance and opportunities for growth.
Key Accountabilities- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful contract signing
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Qualify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet business objectives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our software products and deliver compelling demos
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
- Passion for software products and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Highly creative and autonomous individual with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid work permit for Belgium required
- Experience in creating engaging online content
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets
- Collaborative team of experts in a friendly and open culture
- No bureaucratic processes or unnecessary obstacles; focus on real responsibilities and autonomy
