About the Job
  1. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional who can oversee daily operations, manage a team of security personnel, and maintain effective relationships with local law enforcement agencies.
  2. Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class safety service to our guests, ensuring their experience is both enjoyable and secure.
  3. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Continuously monitoring and assessing the threat level towards the park and implementing appropriate responses.
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and IP partners.
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts for the Security Operations team.
  • Managing day-to-day security operations while providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ensuring all security personnel have a detailed understanding of park emergency operations procedures.
Requirements
  1. A college degree program or equivalent functional experience is preferred.
  2. 3-6 years managerial-level experience in the Middle East, with pre-opening and/or project management in security operations.
  3. Extensive knowledge of fire prevention, safety, and security operations.
  4. Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  6. Fluent in English.
