Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team at Danfoss GmbH. As an Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying opportunities to serve the customer, addressing customer support requests, and performing outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer visits to increase the probability of winning deals and provide technical support, on-site commissioning, and training for selected customers, partners, and projects.
  • Ensure Danfoss Drives are listed on end-users' vendor lists and support consultants in selecting and specifying Drives, ensuring Danfoss Drives specifications are described and approved in their projects.
  • Handle general pre- and post-sales customer queries and claims, prepare sales quotations for Danfoss Drives products and services, and prepare technical documents and solutions for business cases.
  • Manage projects involving more complex deliveries and solution sales, provide technical and sales support to clients, partners, and the Sales Team, and collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues across the region.
  • Stay updated on new Danfoss Drives products and services and possess a strong understanding of industry automation, commissioning, parameterization, and programming of frequency converters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Drive Technology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Independent, proactive, well-organized, and a team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good problem-solving and learning abilities and willingness to travel across the kingdom.
