    • Support other high-profile events, such as FIFA, by overseeing IT infrastructure, software, and hardware deployment to meet event timelines and regional audience needs.
    • Closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure the technical aspects of these global events are flawlessly localized for the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Manage Local Teams:
    • Supervise and coordinate with local direct reports and freelancers, ensuring clear communication, alignment with project goals, and adherence to high performance standards.
  • Stakeholder and Government Relations:
    • Represent the Event IT team in discussions with local authorities, vendors, and partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
    • E nsure all IT operations comply with Saudi regulations regarding cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data management.
    • Nurture relationships with local suppliers, ISPs, and technical vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts, manage procurement, and oversee the delivery of services and equipment for seamless IT operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of IT project progress, setups, vendor communications, and lessons learned.
    • Deliver comprehensive post-event reports to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
