About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Strategy Coordinator to join our team at Arab National Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing sales operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination between teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales operations to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights for business growth and development.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in the water industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the sales team.
- Knowledge of water-related products and services to provide expert advice and support to customers.
