The Office Administration and Business Growth Professional will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and driving business development efforts.
About This RoleThis position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks while driving business growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth operation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel logistics.
- Draft, organize, and file documents and correspondence efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Support basic HR duties such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and coordination of employee benefits or payroll.
- Assist in organizing internal and external events, meetings, and business conferences.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare reports detailing business development activities, lead progress, client feedback, and performance metrics.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration and/or business development.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
