We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Coordinator to join our team as a Regional Office Manager. As a key member of our regional office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide top-notch administrative assistance to the regional manager and other staff members, including managing office accounting, monitoring purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and handling facilities management.
- Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions related to the office, management, and staff. Collaborate with Esri headquarters to ensure proper implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Mentorship and Onboarding: Supervise and mentor administrative support staff, manage onboarding and offboarding for new hires and interns, and partner with HR representatives to handle onsite interview logistics and training needs.
- Community Building: Schedule and coordinate meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other events; keep staff informed of office activities and deadlines. Coordinate office events and search for opportunities to cultivate office community.
- 5+ years of administrative and/or office management experience, including customer-related and supervisory experience or an equivalent combination thereof.
- Skill in responding quickly to demanding situations.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and departments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
