As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, service delivery, and meeting room management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Service Delivery:
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions.
  • Work with the maintenance team to identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all service reports and certificates are issued and reviewed with the line manager.
Meeting Room Management:
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are clean and tidy before each meeting.
  • Arrange for setup and repairs of equipment and furniture as needed.
  • Coordinate catering arrangements and notify kitchen staff of any changes.
Building Maintenance:
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections with the maintenance team.
  • Compile fault lists and action plans for discussion with the line manager.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with stock control and ordering of stationery and groceries.
  • Manage leave and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Health and Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Report hazards and near misses to the QHSE portal.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
