About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team in their main office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring its effective implementation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead QMS Internal Audit Meetings: Facilitate and chair QMS internal audit meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Perform QMS Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure the QMS is functioning effectively.
  3. Update Audit Schedule: Maintain and update the audit schedule to ensure all areas of the organization are audited regularly.
  4. Follow up on QMS Internal Audit Findings: Investigate and address any findings from internal audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and documented.
  5. Monitor Effectiveness of Continuous Quality Improvements: Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of implemented quality improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements.
  6. Facilitate and Support the Quality Management System: Provide guidance and support to employees on the QMS, ensuring its effective implementation and maintenance.
  7. Arrange and Conduct QMS Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities within the QMS.
  8. Interface with Department and Project Managers: Collaborate with department and project managers to identify and implement improvements in work methods and processes.
  9. Participate in External Audits: Represent the organization in external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  10. Contribute to Group Improvement Programs and Systems: Collaborate with the Group Quality Manager and Office Quality Manager to develop and implement group-wide improvement programs and systems.
  11. Support Quality-Related Activities: Provide support to the Group Quality Manager and Office Quality Manager in quality-related activities, as required.
  12. Act as Single Point of Contact for Quality Activities: Serve as the primary point of contact for quality activities on projects where a quality resource has been identified.
  13. Develop, Document, and Implement Project-Specific Processes: Develop and implement project-specific processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  14. Implement and Manage Project Collaboration Sites: Establish and manage project collaboration sites to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  15. Arrange and Conduct Project-Specific Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure project team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the project.
  16. Liaise with Project Team Members: Collaborate with project team members to identify and optimize project-specific processes, as required.
  17. Lead and/or Participate in Project Audits: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  1. At Least 15 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, with a strong background in leading and implementing quality management systems.
  2. Major Experience in Western Countries: Have significant experience working in Western countries, with some experience in the Gulf region.
  3. Medical Experience: Possess medical experience, which would be highly beneficial for this role.
  4. Degree Qualified: Hold a degree qualification in a relevant field, such as quality management or a related discipline.
