Role: Sales Director Location: Saudi Arabia

We seek an exceptional Sales Director to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to position InnovationTeam as the go-to partner for enterprise and government clients, aligning with our mission of delivering transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Leadership:
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in key sectors such as AI, cloud services, and enterprise integration.
Client Engagement:
  • Build relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to meet their unique challenges.
  • Present tailored proposals to clients, showcasing InnovationTeam's expertise in digital transformation.
  • Thrive in complex sales environments with long cycles, especially within ministries and government bodies.
  • Act as liaison between InnovationTeam and key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Market Expansion:

Drive business development initiatives, identifying high-value opportunities in new and existing markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.

Represent InnovationTeam at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Performance Management:

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and exceed targets.

Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize team efficiency.
