Perfect Vision is a leading manufacturer of innovative products, and we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Finance Director will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the factory, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain the integrity of financial data and processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and manage the factory's budget, tracking expenditures and revenue, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Manage the factory's working capital, including cash flow management, inventory control, and credit management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate the audit process and address any compliance-related matters.
  • Identify and implement financial systems and technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
  • Provide financial training and support to non-finance personnel within the factory.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall financial strategy.
  • Represent the finance function in senior management meetings and discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full spectrum of financial functions, including budgeting, reporting, and cash management.
  • Proven track record of driving financial process improvements and implementing effective financial controls.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Adaptability to changing business and regulatory environments.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align financial objectives with broader organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and methods.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and their impact on financial performance.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
