The Director of Financial Planning will be responsible for providing the Eastern Health Cluster with financial information and reports to ensure that the Cluster keeps on track and can control its finances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Cluster executive and Board to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in business administration, Finance, or related field, or a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field, with a minimum of six years' experience in a related field, including at least two years' managerial experience for a PhD, or eight years' experience with at least four years' managerial experience for a Master's degree, or ten years' experience with at least six years' managerial experience for a Bachelor's degree.
