  8. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making as a key member of the executive team and the board of directors.
  9. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
  3. Above 18 years of experience in finance, with at least 8 years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  4. Previous experience serving as a board member or in a similar role.
  5. Deep knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  6. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to think long-term and contribute to strategic decisions.
  7. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance standards in Saudi Arabia.
  10. Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to leverage technology for financial management and reporting.
