**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the client base.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of the company's services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of services post-sale and address any client concerns or issues.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Facility Management Knowledge: Knowledge of facility management practices.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on relationship-building and business development.
