Senior Government Relations Director

As a key member of Alesayi Holding - العيسائي القابضة, the Senior Government Relations Director will play a crucial role in overseeing all lands, buildings, and real estate projects with government entities. This includes the Royal Court, municipalities, police, as well as the Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Justice, and all relevant government departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that lands are free from legal claims before purchase and monitor any issues that may arise after purchase.
- Evaluate potential properties for purchase to ensure their safety and compliance with building and legal standards.
- Review technical, engineering, and legal reports related to properties to identify any potential risks.
- Track and monitor any issues that arise after the purchase, such as structural or legal problems.
- Prepare periodic or daily reports on assigned tasks according to work requirements.
- Provide clients and internal stakeholders with advice regarding properties and necessary actions to ensure their safety.
- Monitor project implementation plans in coordination with relevant government entities and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Ensure quality and compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
- Monitor daily and weekly progress of work and ensure its execution according to approved plans.
- Coordinate with all parties to complete delivery stages, including final inspection and issuance of necessary certificates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Land Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- A relevant master's degree may be advantageous but is not always required.
- Optional certifications such as Certified Land Administrator (CLA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), or Real Property Administrator (RPA) may be preferred.
