We are seeking an experienced Media Production Manager to join our team at JASARA PMC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Entertainment City Project, leading efforts in media production and integration for theme parks and other live-entertainment venues.



Main Responsibilities:

  2. Lead Media Production Team: Oversee the entire production process for multimedia content, coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed with the utmost creativity and efficiency.
  3. Manage Team Performance: Manage, coach, and mentor junior staff to successfully contribute to department deliverables, behaviors, and safety culture.
  4. Present Progress Reports: Present regular media development progress reports to the Project Executive, keeping informed of ongoing activities, developments, and issues.
  5. Tendering and Contract Management: Collaborate with internal parties to develop necessary documentation and required scope inputs.


Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Media/Film/TV Production, Arts, Communication, Project Management, or relevant field of study.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in media production and integration specifically for theme parks or other LBE.
  • Expert Knowledge: Audio and video content production processes and industry standards.
  • Media Software Proficiency: Leverage in-depth knowledge of media software and related tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills in English to effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences.
